Which app should I choose – Premium or Standard?

On Android devices (phone, tablet, Android TV, Fire TV) we recommend the Premium app with extras like offline download and multiple devices. On all other devices (Samsung, LG, iPhone, Apple TV, Windows, Mac, Roku) you use the Standard app.

Can I use several devices on one account?

With the Premium app (Android & Fire TV) you can set up several devices on one account. You watch on one device at a time – your content is with you everywhere.

Can I download movies & series and watch offline?

Yes – with the Premium app (Android & Fire TV). Download movies and series in advance and watch them with no internet at all. Not available on the Standard app.

What is the MAC address and where do I find it?

The MAC is your app’s ID. Install and open our app once – the MAC is shown right in the main menu, in the format AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF.

Do I need fast internet? Will it buffer?

Around 10 Mbps is enough for HD, about 25 Mbps for 4K. On our stable infrastructure the picture runs smoothly – without constant buffering.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Install the app, enter the MAC – done. Channels, movies, series and updates are all handled automatically.
